  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer, preferably brown ale
  • 5 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Kosher salt, to taste
