Sandwiches Ingredients 2 slices sandwich bread (see note above) 1 cup homemade or store-bought vegan refried beans 1 avocado, thinly sliced A few slivers white onion Coarse sea salt such as Maldon or fleur de sel Procedures Toast bread to desired level of doneness. Top with refried beans and avocado (mash with a fork if desired). Add slivered onions, sprinkle with salt, and serve.
