2 ounces Pisco Porton
1 ounces Amaro Nonino
1/2 ounce Bittermens Amer Nouvelle
Garnish: orange twist
Procedures
Combine pisco, amaro, and Amer Nouvelle in an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled, about 10 seconds, and garnish with orange twist.
