Ingredients
4 pitted medjool dates, room temperature
1 cup plain, whole milk kefir
1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla store-bought frozen yogurt
Garnish: cinnamon
Procedures
Combine dates and kefir in a blender and blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add the frozen yogurt and blend again until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with ground cinnamon if desired.
