Ingredients
1/2 ounce Cynar
3 ounces freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice from 1 to 2 grapefruits
3 ounces chilled sparkling wine
Procedures
Pour the Cynar then the grapefruit juice into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Serve immediately.
