  Broccoli, everyone's favorite miniature trees, is a serious superfood. If you haven't yet discovered the deliciousness that is broccoli, or are looking for more ways to incorporate this healthy veggie into more dishes, here is your inspiration!
  Broccoli isn't called a superfood for nothing. This amazing vegetable is full of vitamin C and vitamin A, (two big sources of antioxidants that fight heart disease, cataracts and cancers), calcium (which helps with high blood pressure), folic acid, and both soluble and insoluble fiber.
