Ingredients - 18 ounces bottled barbecue sauce (1 1/2 cups), preferably Cattlemen's
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped chipotles in adobo
- 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
Procedures -
In a medium bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, orange juice, honey, chipotles, and ancho chili powder. Use immediately or pour back in bottle and store in refrigerator for up to a month.
