Note: To make simple syrup, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Cool before using. Ingredients - 4 ounces Pimm's No. 1
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice from about 2 lemons
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Fever Tree tonic, chilled
Procedures -
Add Pimm's, lemon, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain, dividing evenly between two Collins glasses filled with ice. Top with tonic, stir gently, and serve.
