20 MinIngredients- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons sofrito sauce
- 1 (.18 ounce) packet sazon seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked pinto beans, drained
- 1 1/2 cups water
- salt to taste
Directions- Heat oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add tomato sauce, sofrito, sazon, and pepper. Cook, stirring for about 3 minutes. Stir in beans, water, and salt. Increase heat to medium, and cook for 15 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
